Description:

As a respectful gesture to the Spirits that assist in candle work, some Practitioners prefer to snuff out, rather than blow out, their ritual candles after use.
The classic bell-shaped candle snuffer may be used for this purpose, as well as the wick dipper: simply use the curved end to dip the wick in the melted wax around it, putting out the flame.

Trimming the wick prior to first lighting a candle ensures an even burn, and can extend the life of the candle. Easier to use than the straight edge of a pair of scissors, our wick trimmers are perfectly suited for this purpose!
