Not sure how to begin shopping at Voodoo Authentica™ ? Worried about using your credit card online? Don't worry. Shopping here is very similar to real-world shopping--but even easier, faster and much more convenient. It's as easy as 1-2-3.

Voodoo Authentica™  utilizes the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) authentication and RC4 128 bit encryption technology. SSL encryption protects information being transmitted across the internet to our processing center. In layman terms... "Highly Secure and 100% guaranteed!"

Just like a physical store, Voodoo Authentica™ provides you with a shopping cart. This shopping cart has the features listed below...

1. Once you have found an item you want to purchase, make any size/color/style selection options if offered, enter the quantity desired into the quantity field, and click the button. This will take you to another page showing the item you have selected as well as a description, quantity, and price. You now have the option to change the quantity of the item selected. By changing the quantity next to the item and then selecting Recalculate, this will let you select multiple quantities of any item. If you wish to remove an item from the shopping cart, change the quantity selected to "zero" and hit recalculate. This will remove an item from the cart.

2. Now you can continue the ordering process and check out by clicking on "Check Out" link at the bottom of the shopping cart and follow the on screen instructions. Don't worry, if you change you mind at any time you can empty the entire shopping cart by selecting Empty Basket.

3. To continue shopping just click on the Continue Shopping link at the bottom of the shopping cart page. The item(s) you previously selected will remain in your cart wherever else you decide to go in the store, and you can always remove an item later if you change your mind. You can view your cart or check out at any time by clicking on the "Review Cart/Checkout" link at the bottom of every product page and following the on screen instructions.

• Many of our items are uniquely hand crafted on a per-order basis, so we may not be able to ship your order immediately. If there will be a significant delay in sending your order, we will keep you updated by phone or email on the status of your order.
• Personal check orders will be shipped after checks are received and cleared in our account.
• Due to the significant weight of these items, additional shipping charges may be applied to orders including multiple candles.

We are happy to arrange shipping outside the 50 states. Simple send us an e-mail with your destination address, items interested in purchasing and an e-mail address to voodooshop1@cox.net. We will respond with a shipping quote usually with-in 24 hours Shipping charges will be calculated separately for each address.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of all we hand craft, we can only offer refunds/exchanges on items which have arrived in damaged condition. We will be unable to issue a refund if we are not informed of the damage immediately upon your receipt of the item (within 48 hours of receipt). Fourteen days after our shipping date to the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund. Once we receive the damaged item (please do not send any item back to us without contacting us first), we will issue a prompt refund or send out an exchange at our customer's request. We strive for excellence in our daily customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. Please call us during our business hours of 11 AM - 7 PM, 7 days a week at 504.522.2111 with any refund/exchange issue.
